This flat is the realisation of our dream of offering the many visitors who love Tuscany the opportunity to stay and enjoy the wonders of Montalcino and the surrounding area that stretches from Siena to the heart of the Val d'Orcia.
Our flat has been completely renovated recently. It has two bedrooms, each with its own beautiful balcony overlooking the Val d'Orcia.
Montalcino Holidays is located in a quiet, peaceful and very breezy area and its dominant position will offer you a truly breathtaking view of the surrounding area.

The flat is arranged on two floors and consists on the entrance floor of a large equipped kitchen and a spacious living room; from here one enters the first double bedroom with panoramic terrace, hallway and bright private bathroom with washing machine. On the upper floor is the other large double bedroom with panoramic terrace and private bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, coffee machine. All crockery (pots, plates, cups, etc.) and bed linen and towels are provided.
The flat can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons.

The Bellaria room is located on the entrance floor of the flat. It has a private bathroom with a large shower, bidet and washing machine and is also equipped with a TV.
A real highlight is the marvellous view of the Valdorcia valley that you can enjoy from the large balcony for the exclusive use of the room.
Hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, bed and bath linen, hairdryer, hypoallergenic memory foam pillows are also provided for guests.
Can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 persons (double bed + extra bed)

The Bellavista room is located on the floor above the entrance to the flat. It has a private bathroom with shower and is also equipped with TV and air conditioning.
A real highlight is the wonderful view of the Valdorcia valley that you can enjoy from the living balcony for the exclusive use of the room.

Our Services
Our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and eating (pots, plates, cups, tablecloth, towels); it is also equipped with dishwasher, gas cooker, electric oven, kettle, coffee machine, waste bins. The flat is heated by gas. We provide bed linen and towels as well as shampoo and shower gel. Free WI-FI, TV in rooms, private parking. In the Bellaria room there is the washing machine (available when booking this room or the entire flat). We also have the possibility of offering a private night shelter for motorbikes and bicycles.
